The massage itself was excellent — the therapist was very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. They adjusted perfectly to my needs, making it both deeply relaxing and effective.
I also really appreciated the atmosphere of the place. The interior is stylish and calming, and everything was spotless, showing a high level of care for hygiene. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be coming back.
Great experience! The staff are amazing and the spa is spotless. The treatment and bath was fantastic and I’m going to go back in two days to repeat. An afternoon well spent! Therapist was from Indonesia and was an amazing lady.
My second review
After my first experience so I decided to return today for another session. Boy was I disappointed.
I’d give it 3 stars max. The therapist was different and rushed the Hammam and after this she performed what I would say was an extremely average massage. If I’d had this second experience first time around I would never have returned. Totally wasted 125 euros and decided to edit this review so make sure you read the whole review before booking.
The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and truly professional.
The treatments were of the highest quality – everything is carried out with great attention to detail and a personal approach to each client. I felt special and completely refreshed after my visit. The environment is clean, stylish, and very well maintained.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves and enjoy a truly authentic spa experience in Istanbul.
I would gladly visit again!
